John Lennon famously said “life is what happens when you are busy making other plans” and this has never been more true for me than right now. If you’ve been following me for the past few months on Instagram you would have seen that my plans to live and work overseas in New York got kiboshed by an unexpected tumble down a flight of stairs and several broken bones in my foot.

The truth is that life is filled with setbacks and curve balls (or in my case dimly lit stairs), and how we deal with them can either make or break us. In today's podcast I cover off:

  • The biggest setbacks I’ve faced in my health journey including multiple injuries, hypothalamic amenorrhea for 10 years, and persistent back pain symptoms after a car crash
